  4. If you’re still dissatisfied after the re-clean, we’ll reassess the situation. If we can’t resolve your concerns, a credit or refund will be issued to you accordingly.
What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payments through VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, covering both debit and credit cards. No processing fees are applied to any of our transactions. Regrettably, we do not take cash payments.

How long will it take to clean my house?

This depends on the size of your home, its current state and the type of cleaning service being conducted. Any extras you choose also contribute to this time. However, as a general guideline, take the number of bedrooms you have in your home and convert it into hours. For example, a home with 3 bedrooms would typically take around 3 hours to clean.

Do you provide the cleaning equipment and products?

Absolutely. Our cleaners come fully equipped with all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring a thorough and efficient cleaning of your home. Should you wish for our cleaners to use your own equipment or products, simply leave a note at checkout or contact us at 1300 905 032.

How many people will come to clean my house?

Our standard consists of a two-person cleaning team, with the possibility of an additional team member joining as required. However, for smaller tasks such as Studio, 1BR, 2BR, or touch-up jobs, one person may be assigned.

Do I have to be home for my house cleaning service?
Nope! It’s your choice to stay around or go out and take advantage of your free time. Just leave us a key or provide us instructions on how we can access your home and we’ll take it from there. We’re here to make your life easier!
What is your cancellation policy?

For cancellations, please provide us with a 24-hour notice to avoid a late cancellation fee. Our cleaning teams’ schedules are meticulously planned, and cancellations within 24 hours of service result in lost work opportunities for them.

In the event of a cancellation at the door without prior notice, a full-price cancellation fee will be applied.

After the booking, we’ll send a checklist to complete with a list of what you need cleaned. If you’re unsure of how many hours to choose, estimate how many hours it takes you to clean. If we finish over or under the booked time, we’ll amend the pricing at the end of the clean.

Do you move furniture to clean?

In most cases, we do move furniture that weighs less than 10 kg. However, considering workplace health and safety (WH&S) guidelines and the potential for damages, we refrain from moving larger items such as lounges, armchairs, beds, and large appliances like fridges, washing machines, and dryers.
