What is a regular cleaning service?

Regular cleaning is a touch-up cleaning for clients that wish to get their homes cleaned on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis.

Regular cleaning aims to sanitise high-touch areas and surfaces with an anti-bacterial spray, clean and dust display cases and furniture, and polish most fittings and appliances, and mop and vacuum floors. Your home will be left shiny and inviting.

Will I get the same cleaner?

Yes. Each one of our cleaners is highly rated and trusted by other customers. So we assign the same cleaning teams to each visit – weekly, fortnightly, and monthly cleanings (where possible). If your regular cleaning team is not available, we’ll let you know ahead of time.

Can I change the cleaner if I’m not happy with the service he or she provides?

Of course. If your regular cleaner does not meet your expectations, you can request a replacement cleaner. Just reach out to us on 1300 905 032 or email us at hello@miraclemaid.com.au.

How many people will come to clean my house?

A Team of 2 people is our standard, sometimes an extra team member can come when needed. However, we do send a team of 1 person when the job is small (Studio/1BR/2BR/Touch-up jobs).

Do I have to be home for my cleaning service?

Nope! It’s your choice to stay around or go out and take advantage of your free time. Just leave us a key or provide us instructions on how we can access your home and we’ll take it from there. We’re here to make your life easier!

How long will it take to clean my home?

It all depends on the condition of your home. But, as a baseline, take the number of bedrooms you have and turn that into hours. (Ex. 3 bedrooms = 3 hours)

Are you insured?

Yes. If you need proof of insurance, simply email us at hello@miraclemaid.com.au and we’ll gladly forward you all relevant documentation.

Can I request a specific cleaner?

Absolutely. Miracle Maid is a Sydney Metropolitan company and we come highly recommended. So, if you have been recommended a specific cleaner by a family or a friend, please reach out to us and we’ll aim to assign you that exact team.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee?

Here’s the procedure:

  • Call us within 24 hours of your cleaning and provide us with details of your concerns and/ or issues.
  • We will re-schedule the clean at no cost to you on the following business days. Our team will return to your home and address the areas of concern.
  • After the re-cleaning, if you still have concerns regarding the clean, we will review your issues once again, and if we are unable to address your concerns, we will fairly provide a credit or a refund to you.
Can I cancel my service?

Yes. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment for free up to 24 hours in advance.

Is a contract based service?

No. If you no longer wish to take advantage of our regular house cleaning service, you can cancel your service for free up to 24 hours in advance.

What services you don't offer?

We currently do not offer cleaning of Chandeliers, Light Bulbs, Bio-hazards (mold, blood, etc…), Hoarding, Animal Waste, High Reach Areas (more than 2 step ladder), Exterior Windows, Putting away dishes, Large furniture moving and Large scale trash disposal.
