Do I need my own cleaning equipment?

Absolutely. As a subcontractor, you’re required to have your own cleaning equipment and products.

Do I need an ABN to work with you?

Absolutely. Having an Australian Business Number (ABN) is mandatory for all of our subcontractors. This is in compliance with Australian tax laws.

How flexible are the work hours?

We offer a flexible work schedule, allowing you to choose your own hours. This makes it easier for you to balance your work, family and other commitments you may have.

Is a police check required?

Absolutely. A recent police check, not older than 12 months, is required for all our subcontractors to ensure the safety and the trust of our clients.

How soon can I start?

You can begin work immediately. As soon as we receive your application, you have gone through the interview process, and the required documents have been verified.

Is a driver's license and a car required?

Absolutely. A valid driver’s license and a reliable car are necessary as you’ll be travelling to jobs.

How do I get paid?

Payments are made on a weekly basis. Directly into your nominated bank account.

What COVID-19 precautions are you taking?

As a home cleaning platform, we are taking COVID-19 very seriously and in accordance with the NSW Health guidelines. 

This Includes:

  • Not allowing any cleaner that is sick, has any flu-like symptoms, or who have sick family members to come to work.
  • Sanitising hands and putting on disposable gloves before entering a home.
  • Disinfecting all cleaning equipment (mop handles, vacuum handles, etc.) before entering a home.
  • Using disposable professional wipes and disposing them before leaving the property.
