Service Exclusions:

Due to WHS, liability risks and complexity, the following services are not offered by Miracle Maid:

Cleaning chandeliers, wet wiping of light bulbs, bio-hazards (e.g. mould), hoarding cleanup,  moving heavy furniture, animal waste, litter, or insect cleanup, heavy scrubbing of walls, cleaning of high to reach areas (requiring more than a 2-step ladder), washing of exterior windows, cleaning of unfinished areas (garages, basements, etc.).

Do you offer a bond back guarantee?

Yes. All our end of lease cleaning services come with a bond-back guarantee. We use a detailed house cleaning checklist to ensure the property is thoroughly cleaned from top-to-bottom and to get your bond back. And in the rare event that there are missed areas, we will come back within 72 hours to re-clean those areas at no additional charge.

Please note, although we’ll happily extend the time period where we may come back to re-clean any missed areas, as a business, we are unable to accept requests to come back more than 7 working days after the cleaning has been completed.

Is bond cleaning same as end of lease cleaning?

Yes, bond cleaning and end of lease cleaning are the same. Because both cleaning services are performed at the end of a tenancy agreement or just before you move into a new home. Bond cleaning and end of lease cleaning are also referred to as move-in/ move-out cleaning services. The main goal of these services is to get your bond back and to return the rental property in the same condition that it was in at the start of your tenancy.

How much is a bond cleaning in Sydney?

How much a bond clean costs depends on the size and the condition of the property, and any extras that you choose (carpet steam cleaning for example). As a baseline, we charge $339 for a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom house if it’s in a standard condition. And this will cover the cleaning of your bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living/ dining, inside the oven, inside cabinets, inside windows and walls spot-cleaning.

How do bond cleans work?

Bond cleaning is an extensive cleaning that’s conducted at the end of a tenancy agreement. Bond cleaning includes mopping all floors, vacuuming all carpets, thoroughly cleaning and dusting furniture, cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen, inside/ outside cupboards, inside/ outside oven, wall washing and inside windows.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are insured. If you need proof of insurance simply email us at hello@miraclemaid.com.au and we will gladly forward you all relevant documentation.

How long will it take to clean my house?

It all depends on the condition of your home. But, as a baseline, take the number of bedrooms you have and turn that into hours. (Ex. 3 bedrooms = 3 hours)

Do you provide the cleaning supplies?

Yes. We bring all the cleaning supplies and chemicals required to clean your home.

How many people will come to clean my house?

A Team of 2 people is our standard, sometimes an extra team member can come when needed. However, we do send a team of 1 person when the job is small (Studio/1BR/2BR/Touch-up jobs).

What is "Hapiness Guarantee"?

Our Happiness Guarantee represents our commitment to you. Should you have concerns with the cleaning service you have received, we will work with you to make it right.

Here’s the procedure:

  • Call us within 24 hours of your cleaning and provide us with details of your concerns and/or issues.
  • 48 hours grace period is given for Move-in/Move-Out cleans.
  • We will re-schedule the clean at no cost to you on the following business days. Our team will return to your home and address the areas of concern
  • After the re-cleaning, if you still have concerns regarding the clean, we will review your issues once again, and if we are unable to address your concerns, we will fairly provide a credit or a refund to you.
What services you don't offer?

We currently do not offer cleaning of Chandeliers, Light Bulbs, Bio-hazards (mold, blood, etc…), Hoarding, Animal Waste, High Reach Areas (more than 2 step ladder), Exterior Windows, Putting away dishes, Large furniture moving and Large scale trash disposal.
