Our Happiness Guarantee represents our commitment to you. Should you have concerns with the cleaning service you have received, we will work with you to make it right.

Here’s the procedure:

  • Call us within 24 hours of your cleaning and provide us with details of your concerns and/or issues.
  • 48 hours grace period is given for Move-in/Move-Out cleans.
  • We will re-schedule the clean at no cost to you on the following business days. Our team will return to your home and address the areas of concern
  • After the re-cleaning, if you still have concerns regarding the clean, we will review your issues once again, and if we are unable to address your concerns, we will fairly provide a credit or a refund to you.
What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Both debit cards and credit cards are accepted. There are no processing fees for any of our charges. We, unfortunately, do not accept cash payments

How long will it take to clean my house?
It all depends on the condition of your home. But, as a baseline, take the number of bedrooms you have and turn that into hours. (Ex. 3 bedrooms = 3 hours)
Do you provide the cleaning equipment and products?

Yes, we bring everything required to complete the cleaning service. If you prefer our cleaners to use any of your own cleaning equipment or products, just leave a note with instructions during checkout and leave them out for our cleaners to use when they arrive. How many people will come to clean my house?

Our standard consists of a two-person cleaning team, with the possibility of an additional team member joining as required. However, for smaller tasks such as Studio, 1BR, 2BR, or touch-up jobs, one person may be assigned.

Do I have to be home for my house cleaning service?
Nope! It’s your choice to stay around or go out and take advantage of your free time. Just leave us a key or provide us instructions on how we can access your home and we’ll take it from there. We’re here to make your life easier!
What is your cancellation policy?

For cancellations, please provide us with a 24-hour notice to avoid a late cancellation fee. Our cleaning teams’ schedules are meticulously planned, and cancellations within 24 hours of service result in lost work opportunities for them.

In the event of a cancellation at the door without prior notice, a full-price cancellation fee will be applied.

If we finish over or under the booked time, we’ll amend the pricing at the end of the clean.

Do you move furniture to clean?

In most cases, we do move furniture that weighs less than 10 kg. However, considering workplace health and safety (WH&S) guidelines and the potential for damages, we refrain from moving larger items such as lounges, armchairs, beds, and large appliances like fridges, washing machines, and dryers.

Absolutely! We offer recurring cleaning appointments based on your desired frequency. We offer weekly, fortnightly and monthly cleaning services.
