  • High-Reach Areas (Areas Not Reachable With A Small Two-Step Ladder).

Bond Back Guarantee

End of Lease Clean

Getting your full bond back is our top priority. If your real estate agent flags any issues with our agreed-upon services (detailed in your checklist), simply notify us within 72 hours, and we’ll promptly return to re-clean the specific areas at no extra cost to you.

Simply send us the inspection report to assess the issues pointed out by the agent and whether the areas are cleanable for our team to come back and clean.

Do I have to be home?

Nope. Just leave a key, building access, or lockbox; add access notes at checkout and we’ll take care of the rest.

When am I charged?

We place a secure pre-authorisation 48 hours before your booking and only charge after your clean is complete.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

For cancellations or rescheduling, please provide us with a 24-hour notice to avoid a late cancellation fee. Our cleaning teams’ schedules are meticulously planned, and cancellations within 24 hours of service result in lost work opportunities for them.

In the event of a cancellation at the door without prior notice, a full-price cancellation fee will be applied.
