STEP 1: Tidying and organising.

Before you start the cleaning, the first thing that you’ll need to do is to tidy up the place and to organise anything that is out of place. We recommend you carry a rubbish bin or a basket with you as you do this. Scan the room from top to bottom, and from left to right. If you notice anything that’s out of place, dispose of it in the rubbish bin or inside the basket to be relocated elsewhere. By first tidying and organising the place, you’ll save yourself a tone time later on and you’ll make it easier for yourself also when you start to clean.

STEP 2: Clean from top to bottom.

Now, when you start to clean, there are several techniques that you need to follow for the best cleaning results. These cleaning techniques are great because they need minimal effort from you. But at the same time, they give you the best cleaning results for your effort. One of these first techniques that we’ll teach you is to clean from top to bottom.

How long will it take to clean my house?

It all depends on the condition of your home. But, as a baseline, take the number of bedrooms you have and turn that into hours. (Ex. 3 bedrooms = 3 hours)

Do I have to be home for my cleaning service?

How many people will come to clean my house?

A Team of 2 people is our standard, sometimes an extra team member can come when needed. However, we do send a team of 1 person when the job is small (Studio/1BR/2BR/Touch-up jobs).

Is a contract based cleaning service?

No. If you no longer wish to take advantage of our regular house cleaning service, you can cancel your service for free up to 24 hours in advance.

What is your 100% Satisfaction Guarantee?

Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee represents our commitment to you. Should you have concerns with the cleaning service you have received, we will work with you to make it right.

Here’s the procedure:

  • Call us within 24 hours of your cleaning and provide us with details of your concerns and/or issues.
  • 48 hours grace period is given for Move-in/Move-Out cleans.
  • We will re-schedule the clean at no cost to you on the following business days. Our team will return to your home and address the areas of concern
  • After the re-cleaning, if you still have concerns regarding the clean, we will review your issues once again, and if we are unable to address your concerns, we will fairly provide a credit or a refund to you.
What services you don't offer?

We currently do not offer cleaning of Chandeliers, Light Bulbs, Bio-hazards (mold, blood, etc…), Hoarding, Animal Waste, High Reach Areas (more than 2 step ladder), Exterior Windows, Putting away dishes, Large furniture moving and Large scale trash disposal.
